• Marketing Strategy for 1 month (it can be as long as you like though, you can decide). 
• A Content Calendar for the selected Marketing Strategy
• Content for that Calendar

The idea is that you do this process each month at the beginning of the month - set and forget! Of course, you most likely won't 'forget' it but you will have a cohesive, well-thought-out schedule that you can then post around when it suits you.
