You get a full 30 days before your card will be charged.  On day 30 the full annual payment will be taken.  If payment fails, access will be locked until such time as payment is made.  

Refund Policy:

No refund applies after a 60 day period, however you can cancel at anytime or on-sell your subscription to someone else.
